Parent psychotherapy is a specific discipline with a knowledge base of its own. This introduction will include foundational concepts, such as the evocative nature of parenting, how current adult symptoms may relate to parenting, and how issues related to attachment, loss, trauma, and neglect may appear in parenting. Individual consultation for therapists and home visitors is available on a weekly, monthly, or arranged basis. Consultations can be conducted live or virtually.
Group consultations for clinicians or home-visitors can be arranged for a group of four people or more, live or virtually.
